How long does it take my order to ship?
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays and all Federal Holidays. If you have any special shipping concerns/timetables, e-mail us and we will do our best to accomodate!

 How will my order be shipped?
All products are shipped by the United States Postal Service. The customer may choose the shipping method on the checkout page. 

★ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do except to those countries with restrictions.

Will I be able to track my package?
When an order ships, an e-mail is generated and sent to the customer with the tracking information. You may enter it on the United States Postal Service site or through the site tracker located here here .

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

★ Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not normally accepted. However, if your product arrived damaged or with any issues, contact us for a replacement.

★ What if an item I want is out of stock?
I anticipate stocking fairly regularly but if an item you want is out of stock, please check my Facebook or "blog" section of the site for restock dates.
